In this workshop, we begin exploring the practical application of directed thought and intention in energy work.

How do we move from simply thinking about something to deliberately directing our thought toward a specific purpose? What role do focus, intention, and awareness play in the work? And how do we begin applying what we have learned to the practice of energetic adjustment and healing?

Through guided exercises, exploration, and group discussion, we will begin working with these questions and putting our understanding into practice.

This is an opportunity to deepen your awareness, explore the relationship between thought and energy, and begin developing a more deliberate approach to the work.
